HEAT PUMP
MONOBLOC R290
The AUX R290 heat pump defines the next stage of heating systems by introducing even greater efficiency and energy savings.
THE MOST ADVANCED HEATING SOLUTION
The AUX R290 heat pump is a modern heating solution that meets the growing demands for energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and safety in construction. The unit uses the natural refrigerant R290 (propane), which is characterized by a very low environmental impact and high energy efficiency.
Thanks to the use of the latest technologies, the AUX R290 heat pump ensures high heating performance while simultaneously reducing energy consumption, resulting in real operational savings. The device has been designed to provide safe, stable, and long-lasting operation, even in demanding climatic conditions.
Heat pumps using R290 refrigerant are currently one of the most future-oriented heating solutions, combining high efficiency, environmental friendliness, and user comfort. The AUX R290 model is an example of next-generation technology that enables buildings to be heated in a more economical, safe, and environmentally friendly way.
CASCADE OPERATION
AUX R290 heat pumps can be connected in parallel in systems of up to 8 units, allowing for a total system capacity of up to 128 kW. The flexible selection of the number of units for domestic hot water (DHW) production makes this solution ideal for facilities with high DHW demand.
Thanks to precise control algorithms, the system ensures equal operating time for each unit, so that all devices work for the same duration.
NEW WIRED CONTROLLER
The WiFi module, MODBUS module, and temperature sensor are built into the wired controller, ensuring greater installation convenience.
A USB port is also integrated into the wired controller. Users can use it to update software as well as copy and save parameters, making installation and after-sales service easier.
INTELLIGENT NOISE REDUCTION SYSTEM
Built-in acoustic insulation (soundproofing mats) in multiple areas of the unit.
The compressor is surrounded by sound-absorbing materials.
The use of vibration-damping materials in the central section.
The outdoor unit noise level is as low as 35 dB at a distance of three meters.
LONG-LASTING HEAT RETENTION
Over 45 mm of insulation layer ensures excellent thermal performance. At a water temperature of 55°C, the temperature drop is only 7°C over 24 hours.
The outdoor unit is equipped with a water and gas separator as well as an automatic air vent valve, preventing refrigerant from entering the indoor space.
The indoor unit features a manual air vent valve. During installation, the connection between the indoor and outdoor units allows for faster air venting.
COP
Coefficient of Performance
An efficiency coefficient that defines the ratio of the amount of heat energy delivered by a heat pump to the amount of energy it consumes. If the COP of a heat pump is 5, it means that to produce 5 kW of heat, the unit consumes 1 kW of electrical energy.
SCOP
Seasonal Coefficient of Performance
A seasonal efficiency coefficient that allows the calculation of electricity consumption over a year or heating season. This makes it easy to estimate the cost of heating a building with a heat pump.
EER
Energy Efficiency Ratio
An efficiency coefficient that defines the ratio of the amount of cooling energy delivered by a heat pump to the amount of energy it consumes. If the EER of a heat pump is 5, it means that to produce 5 kW of cooling, the unit consumes 1 kW of electrical energy.
SEER
Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio
A seasonal efficiency coefficient that allows the calculation of electricity consumption over a year or cooling season. This makes it easy to estimate the cost of cooling a building with a heat pump.
THE HIGHER THE SCOP AND SEER, THE LOWER THE ELECTRICITY BILLS
COMPATIBLE WITH HEAT EMITTERS
Air-to-water heat pumps work with heat emitters such as fan coil units, radiators, or underfloor heating systems. However, the use of low-temperature heat emitters provides the best efficiency.
Surface heating systems are characterized by a large heat exchange area, which means that high temperatures are not required, unlike in the case of point heat sources.
WHY CHOOSE AN AUX HEAT PUMP?
Complete heating system
Heats and cools the building while also providing domestic hot water.
Full safety
No risk of fire, explosion, or carbon monoxide poisoning.
Versatile application
Suitable for both newly constructed and thermally modernized buildings.
Quiet operation
Low noise levels ensure a high level of user comfort.
Aesthetics
No need to install radiators, which often negatively affect interior design.
Energy savings
Free energy from the air and the possibility of integration with a photovoltaic system.
Long lifespan
The average service life of a heat pump is estimated at around 20 years.FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS OF AUX HEAT PUMP
ECO mode
Eco mode saves energy up to 50%.
Holiday mode
The holiday function protects the device against possible damage caused by frost for example.
Quiet operation
Quiet operation of the outdoor unit with the noise level below 45dB.
SG Ready
Heat pumps marked with SG Ready label are equipped with control system that allows to connect a single heat pump into a smart grid.
Safety
There is no risk of explosion or releasing toxic carbon monoxide while heating a house by a heat pump. No carbon dioxide is released during operation of a heat pump.
Certificates
The AUX heat pump is KEYMARK certified confirming the compliance of products and services with European standards and hygienic certification.
Emission-free
A heat pump is a device that does not emit any pollutants into the environment which makes it an ecological alternative to traditional heating methods.
Maintenance-free
A heat pump is almost a maintenance-free system so it saves a lot of time.
Quick installation
Installation of an air-source heat pump is relatively quick and easy. It usually takes 2 to 3 days.
Versatile use
It works with various heat receivers (floor heating, radiators, fan coil units) and it can operate in combined systems with other heat sources such as gas furnace or electric heaters.
Low operating cost
The operating cost of a heat pump is really low. This is primarily due to the high energy efficiency of this device.
Wi-Fi module
The Wi-Fi module provides easy and convenient control with the app.Technical data
