1 Information clause

In accordance with RODO – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119, 4 May 2016, pp. 1-88), we inform you that:

(a) the performance of the contract, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation

b) to set up an order, make a delivery, make a commercial enquiry, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of processing orders, deliveries

(c) to present a commercial offer on the basis of your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a)

4. you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal

9 Information on recipients of personal data

In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in para. 2, personal data may be made available to the following recipients or categories of recipients:

(a) entities involved in the processes necessary for the performance of the contract concluded,

b) entities supporting Wienkra Sp. z o.o. in its business processes, including entities processing personal data on behalf of Wienkra Sp. z o.o. (so-called Wienkra processors) involved in the performance of our activities;

c) entities related to Wienkra Sp. z o.o.

d) entities providing debt collection services and entities purchasing debts – in case of non-payment of our bills or invoices on time;

e) entities offering banking services;

f) entities providing courier or postal services;

(g) providers of transport services;

(h) document archiving service providers;

i) entities providing consulting, advisory, auditing, financial, accounting, legal assistance services to Wienkra Sp. z o.o.. Your personal data shall not be subject to profiling.
